Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Sunrise Valley Wellness, I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. To ensure a smooth and respectful process for everyone involved, I have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel a scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a full charge for the session. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session without penalty if they provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduled sessions must occur within two weeks of the original appointment date. 2. No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. 3. Late Arrival Policy: If a client arrives late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The full session fee will apply. 4. Emergency Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen. In the case of sudden illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options for rescheduling. 5. Coach Cancellations: If the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be notified as soon as possible. The client will be offered the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost. 6. Payment and Refunds: Payments for sessions are due at the time of booking. Refunds for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed within 7-10 business days. 7. Policy Agreement: By booking a session with Sunrise Valley Wellness, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
